⚠️ This Platform does not sell any product or service, does not process orders, and does not accept any payments. Accordingly, no cancellation or refund is applicable to your use of this Platform.
1. Nature of this Platform
skandagiri-bda-progress.pages.dev (the “Platform”) is maintained by the Skandagiri Residents Welfare Association (SKRWA) as a free, non-commercial, informational resident-progress tracker. It exists solely to keep residents and Bangalore Development Authority (BDA) officials informed about the status of common-area infrastructure works, grievances, and related follow-ups at Skandagiri Apartment, Konadasapura Phase 2.
The Platform does not list, market, or sell any product or service, and does not facilitate any e-commerce transaction, order placement, shipping, or delivery. As a result, the standard cancellation/refund concepts described below do not apply to this Platform, and are included here only for completeness and transparency.
2. Cancellations
Since no orders, bookings, or paid services are placed or purchased through this Platform, there is nothing to cancel. If in the future the Platform were to introduce any paid feature or service, this section would be updated in advance to describe the applicable cancellation window and process.
3. Refunds
As no payment is collected through this Platform, no refunds are issued or applicable. If you believe you have been charged in error by referencing this Platform, please contact SKRWA immediately so the matter can be investigated, though no such charging mechanism currently exists on this Platform.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Information
If you notice that information displayed on this Platform (e.g. work status, dates, or responsible parties) is inaccurate, outdated, or incorrect, please report it through the resident WhatsApp coordination group or directly to SKRWA. Corrections will be reviewed and updated on a best-effort basis; this is a data-accuracy request process, not a refund process.
5. Association Maintenance Charges or Fees
If SKRWA separately collects any membership, maintenance, or event-related contributions from residents outside of this Platform, such collections are governed by the Association’s own bylaws and resolutions, and are not governed by this Platform’s Terms of Use or this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
