Formal escalation and commitment tracking

Security, maintenance, STP, borewells, debris, boundary and pending infrastructure works were taken up with BDA.

May 2026

Follow-up on delays

Motor repairs, STP cleaning, housekeeping, borewell restoration and pending common works were repeatedly escalated.

June 2026

Automation and infrastructure execution

Water controllers, CCTV, boundary works, borewell connections and operational tracking progressed.

July 2026

Long-term motor and maintenance plan

Fourteen motors were planned, plumbing teams deployed, lift maintenance completed and generator automation finalized.
